You can expect a complete accounting and a comprehensive report for all the properties we maintain for you. We list your vacancies on over 900 websites to ensure your vacancies are filled promptly. We require all tenants to report any maintenance issues through our software, AppFolio, so all the details are available for you to review. However, we will handle the repairs. If repairs needed are the fault of the tenant we require them to fix the issue, having all repairs approved by Skyleigh staff.
