Skyleigh Property Management came into existence after owner Monique Gilbert struggled to find a reputable property manager to assist her investors. After clients experienced a lack of communication, non-payment, high vacancy rates, and even embezzlement, Monique went on a mission and meeting of the minds with some of the top property management firms in the Country. This led to putting together a great system of communication, technology, and ease-of-use tools for landlords and tenants alike.
